# Google广告帐号违规
## 广告帐号被暂停使用原因：
### **1.未违规，账户被误封**
帐号被误封若在确定完全没有违规的情况下帐号被封，一般是属于系统误封，广告主直接提交表单进行帐号的申诉即可，注意：在问题摘要处说明帐号无违规被误封，所以请求申诉。申诉提交后，谷歌通常会在一至两周内部件反馈申诉结果，具体时间以谷歌侧的反馈为准
为暂停的广告帐号进行申诉的表单地址：\
### **2.广告账户违规**
①帐号被暂停使用时，谷歌页面上有提示，广告主可以根据从右上角的“联系我们”对违规的改策要求进行详细的了解及提交表单进行帐号的申诉。\
注意：当违反谷歌的某些广告政策不会导致账号立即被暂停，谷歌会提前发出警告。在您的帐号被暂停之前，谷歌至少会提前7天由系统邮件发出警告。
②若电商类的帐号内出现该提示，请先检查该客户的GMC，一般账户内出现“您的帐号不符合 Google Ads政策和 Google Ads条款及/或条件“提示（如上图），一般的可能性是该帐号相关的GMC被封了。\
广告主请先判断是GMC被封，还是广告帐户被封。\
若是GMC被封，广告主先针对GMC进行修改再进行GMC申诉，GMC申诉通过后再申请广告帐户解封；\
若GMC未被封，广告主先针对违规提示进行广告内容整改后再对告帐户进行解封申诉。
③据了解：谷歌对广告帐户和GMC申诉的反馈通常会需要等待一至两周不等，实际反馈时间以谷歌侧的审核反馈为准。\
若广告主有自己的谷歌客户经理，建议：在提交申诉的同时，联系自己的谷歌客户经理跟进CASE以提高申诉效率。\
若广告主无谷歌客户经理，但其GMC被封超过半个月导致日均消耗影响较大（日均消耗超过1K美金），可反馈至钛动运营经理帮忙申诉，但申诉时间也会需要一至两周不等，具体问题及处理时间以谷歌侧的审核和反馈为准。
