# 查看Meta各类资产状态

####          点进广告账户发现账户被封，无法投放，请先自查一下是哪一类资产受限。以下是查看资产状态的方式

## 一、BM状态

#### 1、点击BM的账户内容品质-Meta业务账户，查看BM状态及BM内其他资产的状态

#### 2、正常状态的BM

#### 3、受限的BM，可以点击右侧【申请复审】提交申诉

## 二、个号状态

#### 1、点击BM的账户内容品质-账户状态概览，查看个号的状态

#### 2、受限的个号，显示“账户受限”；

* 点击Meta账户，提示需要提交身份验证信息，可以提交护照/身份证；
* 身份验证需要3-5天，验证通过后可点击【申请复审】提交申诉，如已经开通CC窗口，可以找人工客服帮忙提交申诉

## 三、个号权限

#### 个号在不同资产可以授权不同权限，点击业务设置-个人账户，查看以下权限；

* #### 个号在BM的权限；
* #### 个号的公共主页权限，需注意：个号授权公共主页管理员权限才能分享主页

## 四、公共主页状态

#### 点击BM的账户内容品质-Meta业务账户，往下拉可以看到BM绑定的公共主页

#### 1、正常的公共主页
